Our software platform tracks and processes large lending portfolios with granular data down to the individual loan level allowing for real-time investment monitoring, management, reporting and risk management in private debt.

Job description:

We are hiring a skilled marketing manager to help us in the creation and execution of our marketing strategies and to directly work in collaboration with our sales team. You will need to understand our audience and offerings to deliver effective marketing strategies and solutions which help grow our business. You will play a key role raising our brand awareness and generating high quality leads.

As such you will be in charge of designing and overseeing marketing campaigns across various platforms and channels to ensure they meet our quality requirements. At the same time you will actively support the sales process.  Your work will be strategic as well as operational i.e. helping us to build up and implement our marketing and sales channels and supporting the sales process with material from conception to implementation. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Create standardized process to ensure best practices regarding lead generation and data evaluation
  • Evaluation and execution of different marketing channel strategies to build up our brand awareness
  • Generate interest among customers with social media, PR work, case studies, interviews, customer events, SEO and video productions
  • Maintain our website 
  • Help with the continuous management and development of our CRM system (Hubspot)
  • Support our sales team to create presentations and additional documents
  • Deliver reports on our marketing and sales activities
  • Report to the management team

Requirements:

  • Allrounder with marketing experience (>3 years), preferably in B2B
  • Energetic personality who can independently initiate and complete projects
  • Ability to be hands-on, comfortable with  driving both strategy and day-to-day execution
  • Technically capable, excellent communicator and a desire to improve processes
  • Proficiency using marketing and content management systems
  • Excellence in writing in German and English is required
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working in B2B SaaS marketing, financial sector and/or sales is a plus
  • Experience with the following tools: google analytics, google ads, wordpress
  • Experience with Hubspot is a plus
